Return and Refund Policy

In the event that a product reaches you damaged or defective, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund.

We recommend filming a short video as you open your parcel—this serves as proof of damage or defect and helps us resolve your request promptly. Once verified, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Please note that we are unable to process returns or refunds for any reason other than damage or defect.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹350. A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below this amount.

India

Orders are shipped via DTDC or India Post, as selected at checkout. We dispatch all standard orders within 2–3 business days. Pre-order shipping timelines are indicated on the respective product pages. Please note that signed editions require additional processing time and are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

International

Orders outside India are shipped via DTDC, DHL, or India Post, as selected at checkout. Applicable international shipping charges are displayed at the time of payment. Standard dispatch timelines remain 2–3 business days, with signed editions dispatched within 5–7 business days. Pre-order timelines are specified on individual product pages.
